Caribbean Soul started during the pandemic. Restaurants were closing, and Danielle couldn't find authentic, nourishing meals that tasted good. So she started cooking them, and a catering company built around bringing people together was born.

Every dish is made with ingredients sourced from local farmers and butchers, and inspired by the cultures that shaped her family across the Dominican Republic, Haiti and Jamaica.
